The large lounge will be a valid alternative in case of bad weather, and the equipped kitchen will be available to a trusted caterer.
Up to 40 people can comfortably sit in the lunge, while the kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas stove, dishwasher, fridge, and two freezers.
Parking is possible inside the property, where up to 10 cars can find space.
